The idea is inspired by the Netflix series "The Midnight Diner".
Owned by Blaze and Crusher, who have become good friends over time, the Dawn To Dusk Diner, open 24/7, has become the haunt of many around Axle City. Why exactly? Because despite the limited menu, the owners will make basically anything at the customers' request as long as they have the ingredients to make it. Also, instead of money as the currency, they accept people paying with asks and dares (They earn their money from their racing careers and Blaze's sort of one-off jobs).
So, if you want to order anything from them, just ask them a question or give them a dare to attempt, and if the other characters are there, you can ask and dare them too if you want.
Anyway, there are rules and important things in the first chapter so make sure to read them. Also, if you want a question to be answered immediately because you don't want to wait for the next chapter for it to be answered, just call (A.K.A begin your comment with) the number 47986701.
