A legendary yet fearsome weapon is rediscovered. Soldiers long without a fight are suddenly thrust into one. One reflects on his past, refusing to look at his future.

4 years after the events of Halo 3, once more humanity is at war with fundamentalist remnants of their alien rival, the Covenant. Critically damaged, the UNSC Houston uncovers another Halo ring, untouched and fully operational. Able to rally a small fleet of leftovers and two Spartan Teams, the humans find themselves in a war of attrition, fighting to ensure that this weapon of mass destruction doesn't fall into the wrong hands. The Spartans must face trial after trial, confronting what it means to be leaders, soldiers, and at their cores: humans. Every man and woman that fights in this ring will not come out the same, or even come out at all. To all of them, this ring will be their gauntlet.

Game X-Over and Marvel Crossover Call Of Duty IW/AW and Halo S.A.T.O 7th Fleet was sent to investigate an unknown Forerunner planet to discover the energy readings on the planet. Captain Thomas Lasky from S.A.T.O sent a recon team comprised of Spartans (II, III), Sentinel Task Force and S.C.A.R team to locate the unknown artifact. When the team retrieved the artifact they bring it to the Infinity, when the artifact activated an unknown slipspace began dragging the fleet to an unknown universe that sents them to the Marvel Universe. Note: I do not own Marvel, Halo, and Call Of Duty IW/AW. In this world, S.A.T.O (Solar Alliance Treaty Organization) is a formal alliance between the U.N.S.C and U.N.S.A. There primary focus is to defend Earth and all colonies from threats outside their world. I will also be using elements from Splinter Cell and Metal Gear.

The Didact was thought to be the last living Forerunner there was. Having a strong belief in the Mantle of Responsibility, the Didact desires to save all life in the galaxy, but at a cost of humanity. The woman, was looking to get away from her family because of her lack of freedom. But her new freedom is bittersweet when Prometheans capture her and she is brought onto the Cryptum before the Didact himself. Deciding to spare her, the Didact keeps her prisoner but over time, she begins to learn of his past and believes he can redeem himself. She refuses to escape his grasp and decides to help him instead; hoping to bring back the good in him and along the while she falls in love with him. But having been previously married to the Librarian and holding a hatred towards humans, the Didact feels nothing for her at first. Can this Forerunner be brought back to the good side, and could he love a human?
