The Barrow King is coming, and the supernatural world needs to decide what to do.  

The Vampire warlord has already crushed two other vampiric nobles, and now he's set his sites on the rest of the world.  

In the small, strange town of Silver-Spruce, the factions gather to declare war.  


The Grave Keeper wants nothing to do with the factions.  But he might just have to get involved when he gets a chance to gain an ally for the town. 

The Diplomat and his apprentice need to secure a foothold for the Knull, one of the three great mage clans.  A task easier said than done as he and his apprentice are forced to work around the other factions and the town's own odd residents.  

And the Werewolf finds herself pressured from all sides. Her mother's strict will and constant tests, her own monstrous instincts, and now she and her pack need to secure a foothold or leave important votes in the hands of others.

It grows even more complicated with the appearance of Knut - a mysterious feline hunk whose identity and powers are not quite clear, but who manages to attract Theo with his complex personality. Theo, aware that the inborn deviants will never look at them - the infected humans - as equals, decides to break out of the prison along with her friends. Our protagonists is a werewolf, who has to learn how to take care of his daughter on his own, and find ways to survive his new life. Through it he has to watch over his new mistress, fight battles, and learn who the person is that killed his pack. He'll face some hard journeys, and might find new love, but only time will be able to tell if his past wounds can heal. Now, I'd like to give recognition to my friends who have helped participate in creating some of these characters in this book. I will tell you guys now that I honestly have pretty much everything else down besides the ending so yeah. Also I will try to update every Friday, but I'm not for sure if I'll be able to. Writing can be difficult. If I am late I'll just add a short story about a character.

A strange town that's only getting stranger as packs of werewolves arrive. they are only a precursor to what is coming. Mages, and more will soon be arriving in silver-spruce, any of them a potentially life threatening danger to him. But...if the boy keeps his head down and tries to avoid attention, than maybe just maybe, he can survive. Sadly for him, one of those wolves is claiming the part of town he happens to live in as her territory. And the boy has never been particularly good at keeping his head down in the first place. (This is a completed first draft of this story, I will eventually be uploading the second draft which is wildly different, less using the same bones as this first draft, more just a few of its organs. Ie. characters, location, and themes, But only bits and pieces of this drafts plot.)
