I was walking on a creepy road creepy for me not for others and my hands were full of files and I'm hell tired and I'm hungry right now

I was walking through an alley which was looking so creepy and scary when I turned right I saw a man who was badly injured and was not in his conscious I ran towards him

Then I picked him up and took him to my house ik it's strange to take an injured stranger home but at this time I don't have other option.
At home
I quickly put him on my couch and I ran towards my room for medical kit yes I have a medical kit for an emergency then I treated him and after sometimes I get myself on my bed and in few seconds I drifted to dreamland.
