While gazing at the beautiful purple and blue hues in the night sky, a thought crossed my mind. Why does the universe contain so many miniscule components that help it function? Simply put, every universe is unique, just like a person. These components create a person's personality, and without a personality you're only suffering in a shell for a body. I used to grasp on to hope like a child, but those dreams quickly faded. I was nothing more than a girl disillusioned. Believing in the universe was the worst mistake I ever made.
