Superstition - A Spencer Reid FanFiction

The year is 2015.

Spencer Reid has been searching, finding, and putting away criminals with the BAU for 10 years now. He has been through so much in that decade. More than a lot of people go through in a life time. Yet in that time, he hasn't been able to find someone that he feels could be his soulmate. He wasn't sure if he believed in such a thing, an idea that two souls were perfectly made for one another, but a small part of him still hoped that he just hadn't met the right person yet.

Octavia Delgado, despite not putting herself in danger for a living, has also been through a lot in her life. However, she 100% believes in soulmates. She will personally vouch for the idea that two people are meant for one another. The fact that she knew this now made her sad, because now she feels that her soulmate has come and gone. The fact that he can no longer be in her life made her feel alone. But she won't stay alone for long, for one CAN have multiple soulmates, and she has yet to figure that out.
