Dean and Castiel meet at an anime convention...nothing is the same again...This one, means a lot to be. Because its my story...It actually happed. Instead of Dean, it was me. Instead of Cas it was my Annalise. We really did meet at a con in JAckson, Mississippi and fall for each other. We cosplayed as Cas and Dean instead of them as us. The only past that is fiction is when they(we) kiss, because I didn't do it. I kept walking. I let myself get drug away. I was a coward.

Sam's p.o.v- My heart beat loudly in my ears. A soft smile played on my lips as I kissed all over her forehead, face, anywhere I could. She nuzzled into my chest and I sighed in content. Thoughtlessly, I placed my hand on her chest, covering her tattoo. She froze, glancing at my hand and then at me. I could feel her heart beat quicken, causing me to look up. "I don't think I can express how much I love you," I sighed, making her grin. "You can try," She prompted, causing a smirk to spread across my face. "Me too," I admitted, leaning down and kissing her. Basically it starts off with Sam trapped in the basement of that crazy woman British Men Of letters person. He's all alone and he thinks Dean is dead, he doesn't know Marie is alive (obviously) and he doesn't know where Cass is. All of the sudden though, a woman he doesn't know comes to his rescue, seeming to know all about him). She takes him back home and meets Dean (who is very shocked to see this random lady with his tortured brother) She meets Cass and they know each other. A bunch of stuff happens, and she's got some dark secrets. Her and Sam's relationship blossoms into a fluffy ball of adorable that made me happy to write. (The overall theme fits the song Windows by Angel Oleson really well and I'd recommend you listen to it. Also, yes I know at some parts it's really cringey but I was a baby writer for the first parts of the book. It gets better and I'm really proud of it. DISCLAIMER I am a fan and this is fan fiction. DEAR READERS ** The Rest Is Unwritten is a tribute to the upcoming 2012 Supernatural Convention in Chicago. I got my Silver ticket - I'll see you there! ;) On a side note, this fan fiction is an original story and is not a rewrite of an existing Supernatural episode. In addition, tidbit details within my story may or may not accurately portray actors, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, or the Winchester legacy, as written by Eric Kripke. Also, prior to publishing, I ran into some technical difficulties and the spacing between paragraphs got all screwed up! Fingers crossed that this is no longer the case after re-editing some chapters but IF you see crazy long ass run-into-each-other paragraphs -- I tried to fix it! And my eyes are always drawn to the cosplayers: the young, the old, the experienced, the store-bought newbies, everybody. But even as I pose and smile, as the flash goes off, I wonder, who is this person? This person standing next to me, who has devoted so much time and so much more money to becoming this character? What is it about you, yes you, that compels you to travel, sometimes very far distances, to a con and give up an entire weekend to pretend to be someone you are not? It took me a couple of years to get the guts to start actually asking these questions. When I did, I wasn't disappointed. And that's where Masks Off came from. Overanalyze - Destiel
Lots of overdoing. Castiel Novak was a 22 years old bass guitarist in a band called "Kings Of Purgatory" with his best friends Dean, Gabe and Benny. The band was gaining popularity and the guys were getting more and more famous everyday; but there was a problem. Cas had been crushing on his fellow band mate for 4 years now. It wasn't THAT bad at first. Yeah, Dean didn't probably didn't share his feelings but he was still there, right next to him, every day; which was more than enough for Cas. Until he, like the flick of a switch, wasn't. Charlie, being the good friend she is throws a party and invites Cas. There's an interesting guy there that catches Cas' eye. Sweet fluff ensues, and it's soon after that Dean learns Cas' biggest secret. He is also faced with emotions he has never felt before, especially in regards to Cas. He finds himself jealous and angry when he sees Cas with Luke, and at his brother's suggestion he decides to confront his true feelings for his best friend, and tell him how he really feels.
