In the morning Soleil is a regular everyday city where people go about there business and do their everyday stuff. But once the sun goes down the normal people of Soleil retreat to their home, for as the sun goes down it becomes Lunar, with their abnormal citizens with freakish power. Once the sun comes up however, the people of Lunar return to their home and the cycle begins again.
