There has always been good and evil in this world. One side has usually never been higher than the others, unless of course certain circumstances occur.

The circumstances are, fates of quirks. Imagine you have the power of all weather, as well as the power to make any quirk. Seems overpowered right? Izuku Midyora/Shigaraki, has an overpowered vampiric quirk that can create any quirk in existence. Being forced to succeed his mom, he finds his dad with his best friend by chance. He eventually becomes the UA traitor.... Will he find his dream or will he suffer behind bars just like his father?
