Caroline Shay is a firefighter at House 51 with her sister who's a paramedic with Gabriella Dawson, all three of them are best friends but Caroline Shay's closes friend who she shares everything with is Kelly Severide but what happens when something more happens between Caroline and Kelly and there friendship turns into something more. What happens when all that partying and having fun catches up to Caroline and it brings back memories of who she used to be, and some old friends come back asking for favours.
Caroline, Leslie and Kelly all live together when one of them have a problem the others will help them get through it.
(Caroline and Kelly will have the same story line as Kelly and Kidd have but some will be different as well)
