Alexia Irina Aresdottir hasn't exactly had an ideal life.

Born to a royal family in Asgard, the princess was kidnapped from her home as a baby and experimented on by no other than Victor Von Doom.

At 17 years old, she was finally freed when her saviors, Thor Odinson and Loki Laufeyson, raided the facility and shut it down.

Almost two years later, Thor wants to recruit Alexia to be an Avenger. With her powers of telekinesis, healing, and energy manipulation, as well as being trained in hand-to-hand combat, the 19 year old is a perfect fit.

The down side? Her new training and missions partner is the egotistical, annoying, yet ridiculously charming player, Pietro Maximoff.

Alexia swears she'll never give in to someone like him.

But then again, she's never met someone like him.
