They want to fix the countries relationships with each other. Specifically, siblings. Knowing how strained the relations are, the organizations worked together to help the countries realize that they will need each other more than ever. On the way they discover an old friendship that had soon kindled into a fierce hatred. How will they attempt to solve these problems?

UN just wants to get by with his life without any problems, but what happens when he pisses off the spirit of an old organization when he wears his suit? A bunch of bad luck, that's what happens. UN's bad luck causes many freak accidents around him, and with each accident he always ends up in the hospital. Not only does his bad luck my him get stuck within those accidents, but it also gets him into very dangerous situations that he can't escape from unharmed. He has to find a way to make up with that spirit in order to stop all this madness, but he can only communicate with him when he is asleep or passed out in a hospital bed. Two secret organizations, the Peacekeepers, who makes it its mission to protect the world, and the Southpaw, who's bent on destroying it. Hiroyuki Watanabe, a fellow Peacekeeper, is part of this war. A soldier, one too young.
