Welcome to the Deck of Cards, in which four houses vie for dominance. At the top, sits the King of Hearts, and he gives no indication of moving. Liara Kayes, a second year psychology student, has been a part of the Deck of Cards since she was sixteen. Since she walked in on something she shouldn't have. And now, known as the Queen of Spades, she's coming for the King. But nobody knows who she is outside of the Deck. Nobody sees the young girl grieving the loss of her childhood, and struggling to make ends meet. Nobody notices as she begins to break the one rule she's made for herself. Never fall in love. She doesn't realise until it's too late, how much of a mistake she's made. ................................................................................................................................ "I told you I wasn't who I appeared to be, little dove. And yet it seems, neither are you."

The Den

In the shadows of anonymity, power and desire trade places. Naomi Elis doesn't want love-she wants control. Behind the black mask at The Den, a secret club built on obedience and surrender, she finds it. Each command she gives strips away the silence she's lived under for years. Every whisper of dominance brings her closer to becoming the woman she's buried. Victor Williams has spent a lifetime being in charge. At work, in life, even in pain-he holds it all together. Until one night at The Den, a masked woman brings him to his knees... and sets something free. They meet again outside the club. Different names. Different rules. Neither knows who the other really is-yet both feel it. The pull. The thrill. The danger of being seen too clearly. As their lives begin to overlap, masks start to slip. But in a world where secrecy is survival, how do you love someone you're not supposed to recognize? The Den is a slow-burn erotic romance about power, vulnerability, and the unspoken truths that only surface in the dark.
