Mera Smith has had ADHD and Dyslexia her whole life and had always thought because it was genetic. And because of her short temper she has always had to be moving schools and cities, but finally her and her mother get settled down in Manhattan, New york. A fresh start for Mera and her mother, but that quickly changes. 

Mera gets cornered by a...monster?  And Mera's new friend Becca comes to the rescue where, she packs Mera up and takes her to a hidden camp in the middle of the woods. Camp Half-Blood. 

Mera's adventure starts here and she doesn't know what she has gotten herself into.
