This is part one of a X-Keepers fanfiction set during the time of Union Cross. It will have two parts. Part two, The Keepers in Quadrutum, will be released sometime later. Chapters will released as they are finished so please be patient with me as each chapter will most likely take some time to complete. I really hope you guys will enjoy this and look forward to reading it. Also disclaimer: this is not going to be like the PG Kingdom Hearts people are used to. This will be dark so please keep that in mind.

This story has a lot of meaning to me so I do intend to publish the whole story. I have published this story on the internet already on two different sites so if you do see it, just note that no, I didn't steal this story off someone else, I promise! :) If you are interested in seeing the unedited versions from 6 years ago, I'd be more than happy to send you the link via PM. In all honesty though, I have made a few embellishments. Nothing major, just the vocabulary really but the plot and characters are all completely the same.
