"What is your name?" He asked sternly, with a kunai pressed against my throat. I looked up at him in fear, and I swore I saw a glimmer of remorse in his eyes. 
"Namimaze Kaguya." I stated, shaking in fear from the trauma I just escaped in my home village. 
"What is your business here in Konoha?" He asked as if he could read into my soul. 
"I'm escaping from Amegakure, my family was murdered by the God of the Rain. I was hoping to find asylum here in Konoha, but I can see that won't be the case." I responded, trying to calm my nerves as I put my hands up to show that I meant no harm. 
"Follow me, Namimaze Kaguya." He said, coldly, staring into my eyes with his empty eyes peering into the depths of my brain. I recognized the red eye once I got a better look.

It had been a year since his death. Rin was almost back to her regular self, still a little shaken up but fine all the same. Minato wasn't fine at all but he forced it down, he was the Hokage now! He needed to stay strong, or at least pretend he was. Kushina still cried, she knew she always would. He was like a son to her, No she had not birthed him, but she might as well have. He felt like flesh and blood to her. She wanted him to be the big brother of her future first born. But it was not to be, and for that she was sad. Kakashi however, well... he was another story entirely. ~~~~ A tall shinobi burst into the room panting and gasping. Minato and Kushina jumped out of their seats, now standing. "What is it Ibiki?" Minato asked, feeling panic spread through his nerves. "Hokage-sama you- you have to come see this! Right away!" He gasped. "What is it?" Kushina stepped forth. "I fear if I tell you, you won't believe me!" The couple exchanged a concerned glance but followed Ibiki with hast nonetheless. They traveled to the north side of the village, to the hospital for sick or injured criminals. The tall shinobi dragged them along quickly through the building and down several sets of stairs. Finally, once it seemed like they had reached the deepest part of the fissility, they spotted a doctor pacing the floor rapidly. Once she spotted them she bellowed forward. "Thank kami, you finally here!" ~~~~ "What the hell am I looking at?... Anzen... who am I looking at?" He asked, his voice a little more steady this time. She was on the verge of tears now two. To see her friends that she had always know as strong people fall apart within moments was... horrifying. Ibiki stood in the corner, forcing down any reaction at all. "It- I-" Anzen could not control her voice enough to speak. "I think you know who your looking at." Ibiki spoke for her.

I slowly sit up staring at the figures in front of me who were crying tears of joy. I sit there silently still a little dizzy from my soul returning back to my body. Inuyasha grips me tightly. " Kagome! Thank God! I thought I was going to lose you for good!" I stare at the man confused. He's hugging me because? Miroku stands up and starts to walk off. " Let's get back to the village." Everyone agrees and starts to walk away except for me. Inuyasha glances back. " Are you coming Kagome?!" I stare at him confused. " Who is Kagome? and who are you people?" Everyone looks at each other nervously then walk back, I start to climb up on the porch. " Your Kagome, that's your name." said Miroku. Inuyasha grips onto my arms staring into my eyes. " Kagome, don't you remember anything? d-do you know who I am?" I stare at him nervously...." No, I-I don't....please let me go....." I squirm out of his grip and quickly stand up trying to find a place to run. Inuyasha stood there in shock. " Kagome's....afraid of me....she can't remember me....."

He thought that it was over, that he was finally allowed to rest but just like so many things in life it proved to be a short-lived dream. Kakashi Hatake, Konoha's Silver Reaper, Clan heir of the Hatake Clan, youngest Commander in history and hailed as a once in a century prodigy as well as the Savior of Konohagakure had been dead for 13 years. After the boy had given his life at the age of thirteen in order to seal the Kyuubi no Youko and hence protect his village from total destruction, peace had started to come. Minato Namikaze, deeply affected by the sacrifice of his student, had made every effort to achieve peace so that no one else would have to get hurt. And for a while it looked as if his vision had become true. The Sand and the Rain had become their closest ally whereas the Rock, the Cloud and the Mist remained neutral towards the Leaf. It wasn't perfect but it was good. And during all of that Kakashi greatest wish had become true. He had been finally reunited with his students, his family. But what happens when an enemy rises again? One they had thought of being gone a long time ago? Decisions have to be made, morals have to be betrayed and old wounds have to be opened again. And perhaps Kakashi realises that he has a new dream. A new goal that he will give his everything. ATTENTION! This is a sequel to my other story Atonement! *Click* *Clank* *Clunk* *Click* *Clank* *Clunk* Those noise keeps on repeating and eco throughout the room. "You're going to give me what I want one way or another. I'll have to use force if I want to" a dark emotionless voice said from the shadows. "P-Please! Y-You don't understand! I-I c-c-can't rat them out!" The man who was tied with chains and was hanging on the cliff "Is that so? Then you are no longer use of me. I'll have to kill you then" the voice said without a care. The man's eyes widen in fear for his life. He could not believe it! This person used to be gentle and sweet now this person he used to believe and trust is willing to kill him effortlessly. Ho-. How ever the man's thoughts was cut of short when he felt the rushing winds hit him hard of. Tears left his eyes and in mere seconds he was no more. The figure of a girl around 16 stared blankly at the horizons. The fool she just killed was useless to her now so he should die and left rotten for his disobedience but no she had no time on thinking about the fool. She had a goal and she will fulfill it and worrying about someone's death isn't going to help her either. In a flash of yellow she was gone like she wasn't even there in the first place.....

I sighed, sitting, again, under a very tall tree. Drip, drip, drop. Drip, drip, drop. My shiny, hazel eyes, gazed up into the almost night sky. It was raining, raining means sad. But it doesn't really matter. I'm always happy. But it's only pretend. I'm only sad.
