Jocelyn Hue was a trouble maker that the town folk despised. Vera Mill was the perfect girl, but yet, the town folk was envious of her. Their home lives weren't any better. While Vera was forced to be perfect, Jocelyn was neglected. Then, one fateful day, they met. Jocelyn was crying under a tree, and Vera held her hand out to her. They became best friends very quickly. After all, they only had each other. Then, one day when Jocelyn was walking around the small town. She saw Vera being burned by her mothers' fire magic. The next day, they found out how they were both abused at home, and then they decided to run away when they got their grimoires'. Now, it's one more day until the Magic Knight Squad entry exam! The two runaways are more excited than ever!
