He kept her safe on the Kent farm teaching her tow use her new found powers, until his apparent death. Now Kara is entering the world accompanied by Lois Lane as a new threat emerges in the absence of Superman.

No one knows about these two being from a whole new Galaxy, except Alex knows about Kara. Kara is trying to fit in, while "Mike" is living life as the most popular kid in school.
