Wang Yibo, a second year student at the Tsinghua university of Beijing living in Choyang Park is only 21 years old. Despite his young age his life has been tumultuous. He grieved for three terribly long years for one person who means the world to him. Unfortunately, the person he seeks is no more; lost in the memories of the past Wang Yibo goes down the path of destruction until one day he collapses into the arms of a blurred stranger who he last sees before he closes his eyes.

Xiao Zhan, a young bachelor of 25 years is a known criminal lawyer who lives in Changning district, Puxi; the heart of Shanghai. He is the adoptive son of Liu Haikuan and Ann Wang. They love him so much despite his age and he is equally loved by everyone around him. However much he receives love he longs for something more grounding and real. One day amidst the heavy rain a boy battered black and blue collapses in front of his car.

Their lives begin to intertwine suddenly and Xiao Zhan who earlier presumed he loved women begins to bloom feelings for the youngster with a shattered soul. Along their journey Xiao Zhan begins to realize that maybe, other than Wang Yibo he too is shattered beyond repair.

When the fog seems to cease and a clearer understanding begins to cultivate in both their minds the callous past and its demons will emerge to the forefront what will their ultimate destination be?
