Rebecca "Becky" Barnes is the younger sister of James "Bucky" Barnes. When their parents died, she and her brother got separated, and Becky was sent off to boarding school. Or at least that's what Bucky thought happened to her.


One day, 6 months after the events of The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, Rebecca assassinates a U.S Senator under the control of HYDRA; which was thought to be destroyed during the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and causes immense havoc in society. Once Bucky Barnes hears the news about there being a new Winter Soldier, that HYDRA still apparently exists, and the so-called Power Broker is terrorizing countries all over the world, he and Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, both get into much more than either of them bargained for.
