Hitoshi Shinso is a Tokyo detective with a big problem. His best friend and roomate Denki Kaminari is missing.
Disappearing from a ruckus party one fateful night, leaving behind nothing but a pool of blood and a rusty box cutter. Shinso insists on taking the case but is denied due to his recent erratic and irresponsible behavior. Shinso is outraged and decides to investigate despite this. He connects the disappearance to a string of murders and the more he digs the more determined he is to unravel this entire mystery.
Joined by his friend Izuku Midoriya, an aspiring architect, Shinso follows the clues and fights to find his friend.

Denki Kaminari is a graduate from U.A. and has been a reliable hero at Ignition Agencies for about three years. He's comfortable here, he has a schedule and he works with his teammates well--one problem though. A new recruitment was just assigned onto their team as a new case was handed to them, low and behold it turns out to be another one of his high school friends, the prestigious Kyoka Jirou. Their friendship faltered years ago, she had moved on to another agency and the two had parted ways and lost touch. But there's just something about her that Kaminari can't handle. Is it her undeniably strict and harsh demeanor, or the fact that she just seems totally different from the Kyoka he knew in high school? Either way, tensions rise within their investigation team with her arrival, and it might just have to do with some unresolved teenage problems between the two of them. Will the two eventually talk it out? Or will they become the reason Ignition Agencies head investigation unit falls? All Midoriya wanted was to visit his mother for the weekend. Instead he's kidnapped by one of the most prominent villain groups in Japan, and they go by the name League of Villains. Back at UA, Shinso is finally going on his first hero mission as an apprentice to the one and only pro hero Eraserhead. There's just one problem. His first mission is to rescue a student that's in the hero class he's been trying so hard to get into. The boy he once looked up to, who shone so bright he seemed nearly untouchable, is now reduced to a vulnerable, traumatized teen that he's been tasked with taking care of. WARNING: In this fic some of the characters have a lot of trauma, and there will be some graphic chapters towards the beginning, though I tried to keep it to a minimum. There will be mentions of SA, psychological and physical abuse. I put warnings at beginnings of chapters, as well as the specific part of the chapter that may be triggering, when applicable.
