It's been about six months since the Sorcerer had returned to normal and was defeated.
Randy was enjoying himself, relaxing without having to worry about robots or monsters and looking forward to being a Sophomore.
He would help out the city with any crimes so he could still be of use, but since Norrisville had such a low crime rate, things got boring without the Ninja not being able to save anyone or anything.
Lucky, or maybe not so lucky for him, a new threat rises. Along this new journey, he discovers a piece of the Nomicon's past long forgotten, revealing an ally.
