16 year old winter King. normal teenager, divorced parents, since she was 2, and likes to surf when her dad is drunk out of his mind. it's really the only thing she can do to get out of the house when her dad has one of his episodes, where he will yell at her and hurt her.
she has just recently moved to a place in the middle of nowhere called "the outer banks" since her old house burnt brown.
like she's not comparing... ok mabey a little. But it won't be that bad since she'll be right by water.
but she was so wrong. Wile she is there she will Gain new friends, lose some friends, go through heart breaks, and love, hurt, adventur, and surprises.
Will winter King, be able to make it out alive? Or will her mistakes
drag her down.
