What would of happened if Sirius told the others about his suspicions of Remus being the spy? What if he decided to act on them? What if people had believed him? What if the first wizarding war changed completely?//So yeah this is a fic where Sirius had acted on his suspicions of Remus being the traitor. This isn't a particularly happy fic, I do have a very clear image of how it will end though. I will put trigger warnings if they are needed. So yeah, that's all I guess. If you read this I hope you enjoy it. Also JKR does own all the characters and setting so credits to her but other than that I do not support her in any way.

"So we're alone," he said slowly. "That's a thoughtful observation," she whispered. She could feel her fingertips tremble slightly as they clasped around his hair. She didn't know why she suddenly felt so nervous. She moved her hands and allowed her fingers to trail slowly and gently down the side of his face and he involuntarily shivered at her touch. Eventually her fingers landed on his lips and she traced across them softly. They parted slightly and she could hear and feel him let out what she assumed to be an unintentional breath. He moved inwards, his lips pulling from her fingertips to hover near her ear. "I'm a thoughtful person." * After getting accepted into the Healer training program and moving to London, Marlene begins her life outside of Hogwarts. Despite the looming dangers of war, she has a pretty decent life; she has friends who care about her, a boyfriend who loves her, and the determination to keep fighting for a life worth living. But it doesn't take long for Marlene to begin questioning her choices. As the world is falling apart around her, so are her relationships and any certainty that she once had. Except for Sirius; the only certainty she has left in the world. However, war only seems to be threatening to tear them apart. She can't quite put her finger on what has started changing, but something certainly has, and love may not be enough to get her through it this time. It is only a matter of time before Marlene must make the most important choice of all; join the war or fall apart.Complete

Walburga agrees and Sirius comes to America where he reunites with his old friends James, Peter, Lily, and Marlene. He also meets Regulus's new friend Remus Lupin who was a friend of James' after Sirius left. Everyone deserves a second chance
Sirius did something that he would never ever ever do, but he did it anyway. He broke Remus and his own heart, and as his world is slowly crumbling around him, he has to pick it all back up again single handed. After pulling "the prank" against Snape in his fifth year, he doesn't realize how much his actions would hurt Remus and he can't stop them until it's much too late to do anything about it.
