You are an amateur monster hunter, trying to help the world by ridding it of the dangerous mobs that roam around. Your hunting group may be distant from you, but you won't let that stop you from trying to prove yourself.

But everything changed the moment you heard of the legend of Herobrine, an infamous demon that most people don't even believe in. Despite your group leader not believing in the story, he takes up a job to rid a town of the demon's influence.

What comes next is a wild goose chase trying to track down an elusive demon and subdue him. All the while your inevitable death creeps ever closer.
