EEEK BRING BACK THIS DYSTOPIAN ERA PLEASEEEE Note: these books (James Dashner) are absolutely incredible gruesome creations full of action and intensity and I would recommend them to all... ...but this is gonna be based on the MOVIE TRILOGY since it's a bit easier to follow :) so here's The Maze Runner through till the end of the Death Cure Anyways, what's happening : ~ (Y/n) wakes up in a Maze with no memories - only her name. No past. No answers. Just the cold truth that she's trapped with a group of boys who have no idea why they're there, either. The Glade is their makeshift sanctuary: walls of routine inside walls of stone. But nothing stays safe for long. Not when (Y/n) is the first girl to ever arrive. Not when their world starts to change. Not when the nightmares waiting in the dark start hunting during the day. Every rule starts to break. Every answer leads to more questions. Never Leave - Newtmas
So, I watched The Maze Runner: The Death Cure last week - and I am so not okay with that ending! Newt should have survived! So I've taken matters into my own hands and re-wrote the ending. With Newtmas being eventually canon of course! or Where everything's the same except that Brenda, Minho and Gally arrive a minute earlier to save Newt's life and even make it out of the city with the perfect cure made from Thomas' blood. Oh and don't worry if you find the same story on ao3. I've posted it there, too.Complete
What if?
What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...) I do not own theses characters, they are from The Maze Runner franchise. I'm French so sorry if there are some mistakes.
