On the island of Portaurum where magical beings called Plasmas are the majority but Demons are illicit, Mara, a Succubus is murdered, leaving her best friends with the consequences of her departure, including her unknown murderer. Donny, a grieving Water Witch, and his friends, Mallow the Fairy and Kefira the Werecat try to hunt down his best friend's murderer while balancing their normal lives as magical beings in an oppressing society.
