Penelope Tyler is recruited as the Purple Power Ranger along with her schoolmates, Jason Lee Scott, Zack Taylor, Kimberly Hart, Trini Kwan, Billy Cranston, & eventually Tommy Oliver. Along the way Penelope will doubt herself, but she has her friends and a certain Blue Ranger to help her with her confidence, and finding out she was adopted, Penelope will find someone she has been looking for since finding out that she was adopted.
