we never realize the word we speak can affect our future and our past,the people close to our heart.Sometimes we get carried away with time and we lose who we were and what someone had once meant to us. Is it because of time? or is it because of our will? As I take you through one such journey filled with distance,love,loss, regret and more than that a lesson. Tired of trying to be everything. Trying to be perfect. Wrong paths and wrong people and missed opportunities. Am I letting my mental illness take over my life? A look into the mind of a BPD, Anxiety ridden woman. With no identity but her Panic. With my ways it's hard to keep down anything healthy, relationships that don't last but stay with me like my own personal demons. And evil around the corner you'd never see coming. The pain changes you. Trauma changes you. It strips you away from yourself. BPD strips away your identity sometimes I guess this is my way of finding myself again, through writing and reflecting and realizing it is okay to be hurting. This book will include poetry and scenes and think pieces. It will be vulnerable. It will be raw. It will remind you of your own loss. - "She." Xx🥀xX

Society tells us be ourselves. When we are society judges. If we dare share what's on our mind we get judged even by our friends, some people keep it in just like I do. Some of the worst things happen mentally, and physically. When it comes time to show our emotions we can't because we worry people will think about us. Will they think we are lying, or being fake just to get attention?
