Hyrule is entering another wave of peace as a great evil was finally put to rest once more. The mission is complete and the darkness is sealed away...well...not all of it. A familiar face is spat back out from the shadows, but is changed after more than a millennium in the dark.

Ghirahim remembers the surface and those who roamed its rolling forests, mountains and plains. He also remembers that fateful night where his plan finally came to fruition, and his master was resurrected. The demon lord had won and the skychild had lost, though neither left unscathed. Upon his master's return, and his blade form ripped from his chest, Ghirahim fell into a haze

Everything after that was the blur.

He remembers the familiar sting of edges clashing, scraping, and sparking against each other. Lightning surged through him, making everything seem...slow. And, as the battle raged on, Ghirahim must finally passed out cause the thing he remembers is the darkness reaching out and snatching him away.

Now, we follow the demon lord after he was released from the shadows an untold amount of decades later. Hyrule bustles around him, and he is captured by a band of familiar faces. Will he uncover what woke him up? How will the truth change him?

When the three goddesses of the Triforce unintentionally grant the Princess of Hyrule the Triforce of Power, and the evil locked away from the world the Triforce of Wisdom, everything is in chaos as it was before, only it's the princess this time who's causing the trouble. Zelda had been power hungry for years. Years before the mark of the Triforce of Power appeared on the back of her hand, she'd always thrown fits if something didn't go her way. Now, at only seventeen and fully gifted with the Triforce of Power, she made sure things went her way, and her way only. Ganondorf had escaped the Sacred Realm somehow, and returns to the Gerudo Village in peace. Accidentally blessed with the Triforce of Wisdom, he acknowledges the Gerudo's hard work and thrives to make his village a better place for everyone. Link, still possessing the Triforce of Courage, has been assigned to be Zelda's personal bodyguard and do something horribly wrong to please her majesty, which he does not partake in ever doing. Fate brings Link and Ganondorf face to face. Somehow, Link and Ganondorf team up and secretly plot against the princess to stop her vile plans to make Hyrule miserable. ***I've been wanting to write this for AWHILEEEEE! I'm a little late to this party but due to TOTK season upon us, I thought of this fun little fanfic that is BOTW x MM. I might be back on my smut writing a bit too ;)*** The calamity has perished, and with it the dawn of a new age now rises for Hyrule. The Hebra Region, home to the Rito and diamondized crystals of the most frigid snow. The Gerudo Region, home to the Gerudo and its idyllic sifted sands that carry the feet of its many merchants. The Lanayru Region, home to the Zora and its romantic domain of crystalline waterfalls and pellucid riverbends. The Eldin Region, home to the Goron and its clusters of thermal hot springs amongst the temperamental volcanoes. Our story takes place not in the humid desert of the Gerudo nor the slushy foothills of the Rito, but in Akkala; the region of eternal autumn. Y/N works beneath Robbie at the Akkala tech lab mending the guardian forces besotted by Princess, soon to be Queen Zelda. A guardian technician by day and a devoted historian by night, Y/N is infatuated with the legend of the Hero of Time. This hero spoke of his adventures in a parallel universe called 'Termina,' where his heroic deeds were forgotten. Regarded a madman by his peers; it isn't until the blood moon rises once more, that the newfound age of peace of Hyrule is tossed into peril. With a fiery moon threatening to swallow Hyrule whole, it is up to Y/N to solve the mystery of the fallacy known as 'Termina.' Was the Hero of Time telling the truth? And does the current hero of the calamity and Queen Zelda's appointed knight have any insight? As the archaic fights against the modern, both in society and heart, you learn the hero you need has always been in front of your own eyes. Not within the pages of your history book. A/N: Happy Tears of the Kingdom season- let it be known once more; I do not own Zelda or any of its characters! All merit goes to the team of Nintendo. :)

▼△AS OF 28JUN16, THIS BOOK IS OFFICIALLY COMPLETED!▽▲ A being of immeasurable darkness lives his life in isolation, secluded from the world. As a more familiar hero completes his journey through time, it seems as though all will (Unfortunately) become peaceful. Yet peace is but a fleeting fantasy in the land of Hyrule. Good will clash with evil in a story that brings together two of the greatest light bearers ever created. When the unspoken adventures of Link and Sora commence, will they fend off the coming evil? Or will darkness finally retake the world?! ※MAJOR OVERHAUL※ As of 16feb16, This book will be off the shelf for a complete rewrite. I realized that some details and events simply do not contribute to the story, and if anything make it monotone and boring. Stay tuned for the final edit! *Small edit to Chap 2- Escape EDIT * A fan of my story has decided to make me a new cover..frankly that's awesome! This is a crossover of Zelda and Kingdom hearts. To be clear, I am not just half hazardly writing in new info into a set timeline- All events take place in a non specified timeline where anything could have happened. Of course, I do not own any of the Nintendo or PlayStation licensed characters, landscapes, weapons, etc., however the idea of this plot, the secret of Dark Link, and many new characters are my own original idea. I have begun writing this long before the screw attack death battle video was made, and have checked many sources to make sure I have not copied anybody. (To my surprise, nobody else has made anything even close to this idea,{ not the crossover idea mind you the, the Dark Link story} despite how...obvious it is.) Enjoy the story, I hope you guys like it! :D
