Description: A few days ago, I was talking to a group of fresh graduates - engineers and MBAs. I asked him about his dream job and was surprised when he said that he prefers any government job, especially in a state government organization. They will agree to a private job only if they do not go through the recruitment process for government organizations and PSUs!
