Five years have passed since The Great War and a pandemic of child abductions has spread across the world without a clear motive, or any suspects... until one fateful winter's day. From the farthest corners of the earth, extraordinary individuals begin to pull on the strings left dangling after children are stolen from their homes. As the strangers follow their threads, they realize the abductions, the strange sightings in the skies, and the years since anyone has given birth are all interwoven into a vast conspiracy.
