Fell For an Elf

So there's a town where very many mysterious things happen almost every day. Most people believe they're from trolls, elves, or ghosts. Others believe they're from runaways or thieves trying to distract them when they're suspects. But one week these strange things were always focused on hu and seemed to come from one specific anonymous person. After a while, they begin to reveal themselves more and more by sending letters, and eventually, love letters.
