The painting shown in the cover is "The Crying Boy" by Bruno Amadio. This painting has inspired quite a few short stories as it is supposedly "curse" and quite notorious in its own right. I was inspired by this story so I help creepypasta by sharing it. The original is at www.creepypasta.com/painting/. The story is about a kidnapped ten year old boy name Jamie which is the brother of the storyteller. There was no sign of a break in at all. None of the windows had been broken, the doors weren't busted. Nothing.

It had been so long since everything happened, but somehow the pain in my heart never left. Nightmare, my childhood friend and first love. My first ever heartbreak. I tend to find him in everyone I have loved. He was cold and unpredictable but he was also warm and considerate at times...
