Words a Mother Never Heard (Wattys2016)
A young woman who was always the life of the party, quick to tell a joke, always smiling and happy, tragically dies at age 23. What her mother found after her death reflected a much different young woman, her poetry. Her words showed a young woman crying out to feel loved, wanted, beautiful and worthy. Struggling to accept herself as the wonderful, happy, beautiful young woman everyone else saw her as. Her words reflect the pain and torment she allowed another to cause her. It is her mother's most heart felt desire to reach even one young person struggling to accept themselves. To encourage them to open up and talk to someone, to know they are never alone, to know their feelings are validated. She also hopes to reach a mother that perhaps feels her daughter is perfect and completely in charge of her life, as mothers often do. After reading her poetry, hopefully it will facilitate conversation, confirm unconditional love and help to end words that a mother never hears. I am her mother and these are her words.Concluida
True Love's Curse (SwanQueen)
It's been twenty-eight years since The Evil Queen attempted to destroy the happiness of everyone by sending them to another land. However, she was defeated by Snow White who mortally injured her. Peace overflowed the enchanted forest with the Evil Queen seemingly out of everyone's lives. People sang, danced, and celebrated being alive again for they had little to fear anymore. Snow white and Prince David's newborn child was never transported to a new world by a magical tree. Emma grew up happy and loved by all in the Enchanted forest where her kind, caring nature was only enhanced when she was knighted and took the oath to protect everyone's happiness and to always look for justice in any situation. But Emma's oath to her people is challenged when she unknowingly discovers The Evil Queen's sleeping body in a cottage and tries to rescue the mysterious woman by getting help from her parents. But only horror and terror fill everyone's hearts when Emma brings the woman to her castle. She can't understand why she's seeing a new side to the people she has grown up around and struggles to understand why everyone is so worried about the cursed queen...Concluida
Perspective
It is believed that you dream of your deepest desires. However, to Emma and Regina, it can't be true. How could it?
