Pursuer's of the Heavens

Saria Joyce is a teenage girl living with her father, Layne Joyce, in the rough and tough streets of the Sunrise Providence, a district within the mega-city Prosperita that is inherently dictated for the lower class alone. Her mother passed when Saria was two, leaving boiling emotions over it still inflicting the small family unit. Things change, however, as Saria is struck with a familial disease, one that could kill the host within a month of its infliction. With the only form of medicine having been completely outlawed due to bigger and better options being available, options that they can't afford, they must travel outside the city walls and into the wilderness to find the last remaining stash of the invaluable plaster to cure Saria. Will their journey cure the resentment between them, or will some shocking discoveries tear them apart? Find out in the Pursuer's of the Heavens.
