He sometimes purposely mess up during his operations when he's handling a patient that is a hero making them paralyzed or in best cases dead. Inspired by Daric Art, Calladraws, Azelma and the tons and tons of villain Deku Au's I've read and watched.

As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live. However what he found himself into was not the infirmary of UA or heaven, no he found himself in the body of his past self in a different world where everything was still open for him. He quickly find out that this was not his past since he now had a loving mother and memories of his past 14 years in a 13 year old body. My Hero Academia: Nature's Heart od WinterWolf-99

Izuku Midoriya has a very powerful Quirk. One that was all about nature. Because of that, he had grown to enjoy the company of plants and animals more than he did people. He was often made fun of for how he preferred nature to people, which only served to make him dislike people even more. But, despite that, Izuku wanted to be a hero more than anything. Being a hero would give him the biggest chance he had to be an advocate for protecting nature while also getting to help people. It helped that he had a large brain to match his big heart. Despite how he disliked people, he had a main hobby of analyzing Quirks. He kept journals with him at all times for his notes about Quirks. Eventually, Izuku gains the attention of the one and only principal of UA, Nezu. The only known animal to have a Quirk. Nezu had learned of Izuku, his Quirk analyzing, and his love of nature. He grew interested in the young man and decided to get to know him. Let's see how the journey of our favorite green-haired hero hopeful changes when he both has a Quirk and a slightly chaotic mentor. I do not own MHA or any of its characters. I do have an OC who will be a main character. Another character, Hikari, was created by my AMAZING friend, CrystalCake101.
