After an encounter with a powered terrorist group ends in disaster, the Hazard Squad and all other superheroes are labeled vigilantes by the Chief of Police and threatened with arrest if they continue their activities. They are helped by a mysterious group that offers an alliance but seems to be hiding something. Meanwhile, Lea juggles her relationships with Jason and Camila and struggles with her inability to commit to either of them.
