Maria Elise David is considered an idol at St. Cross Academy. Due to her superior beauty, elegance, and intelligence, she is likewise dubbed as the “ideal lady”. But it is unknown to many that behind Eli’s angelic façade lies a dark and sarcastic personality… a weary and sceptic person who thinks that everyone around her is a hopeless fool. And Eli, being a two-faced person herself, firmly believes that everyone has a dark side or two to conceal. Nobody is perfectly selfless. So imagine Eli’s frustration when she meets the highly popular and charismatic Physics teacher, Fritz Abrera – the all-around nice guy whose compassion and concern for others seem to be most innate and natural. And highly annoyed and suspicious of Sir Fritz’s “dazzling” kindness, she decides to do everything in order to “unmask” the Physics teacher. But in the end, when it’s finally the time to know the answer, what will Eli’s reaction be? Will she be disappointed? Will she be happy? And what will she do to the answer that she had so long chased? This is a story about people, the possible truth behind people, and the acceptance needed by everyone.
