Quintin Hartley is 18 and believes he is sane. Wanting to change Gotham to his liking, he kills his family getting into Arkham to meet Jerome Valeska who he believes could be apart of something bigger. Quintin and Jerome along with some other inmates are broken out of Arkham by Galavan. The story plays out and eventually Quintin meets Jeremiah who he learns has the same ambitions as him.
