Every thirty years, the new generation of the Chinese Zodiacs are given the privilege to compete in the Great Race to claim the highest rank as the Emperors right hand and all the glory that comes with it.

Kai, a seventeen year old girl, must enter the Great Race to redeem her family's honor and compete with Ren, whose family destroyed her life.
