Five O'Clock Shadow, a story by TheOtherOre.

Take the time and enjoy the story of Ore and Zargar, as it unfolds with each chapter!

Ore is an introverted gay man, shy, and unfortunately not out to his family. He likes spending time with himsef, and his pair of headphones, filling the voids of his life with music and podcasts. But sometimes, he finds himself looking at Zargar, and being in awe. Things change, when Ore listens to Zargar participate in class, showcasing an intellect that greatly arouses him.

Zargar is also an introverted man, but for vastly different reasons. He spents several hours a day with a razor, shaving away the evidence that he is not a simple, normal man. As a half beast, he has spent his life hiding a secret from the world, fearful of being seen as a freak. It all changes for him, when he is forced to be talkative in a class, which prompts his average looking, chubby classmate to talk to him.

Five O'Clock Shadow is a story about love, overcoming difficulties, personal growth, and acceptance. Family ties get shaken, new ties get formed, love gets tested, and a secret world is slowly being uncovered in this queer story.

The Sole Prince by cheddarandcheese
37 parts Complete Mature
[ Only the ocean can bring a prince and a pirate together, only the sea can keep their secrets, and only the waves can tear them apart. ] [ COMPLETED - 80K Words] [ LGBT Historical Romance ] [ FEATURED ] James Serrio is supposed to be a prince, not a prisoner rotting away in the bottom of a pirate ship. His future was royalty, not death in a grimy hunk of wood, but it seems that fate had a different plan. Just when things couldn't seem to get worse, another ship attacks, and James is starting his prisoner journey all over again. But these new pirates are different, to say the least, especially Sage Morrow, the captain, with his black coat, gold buttons, sharp jawline, and steel-blue eyes. There's something about the captain that reminds James of a fire on a cold day. And, there's something about the new prisoner that reminds Sage of home. But there are more important things for James to focus on than a man, like the fact he's somewhere on the vast ocean, in a ship full of hungry pirates, with nothing more than a necklace and a quick brain to call his own. The Sole Prince is the story of James Serrio and Sage Morrow, and their consequential fate after running into each other smack dab in the middle of nowhere. Book 1 of Rewritten: The Inamorate Saga. The great reveal had been beneficial for some. Elves, particularly, with their beauty and grace and quiet manipulation of the world around them. They thrived in the light, able to infiltrate human structure with ease, carving out a place for their kind at the most crucial of times. Their leaders set down territory lines, segregating cities and even states for themselves, for the growth of their people. They flourished, building their empire on the backs of those withered beneath. Fae, however, didn't find such a foothold. They remained in the darkness, hidden away in the tangles of forest untouched by humans, trapped within their clans. The dark ages reigned through those woodlands, void of modern technology and any shade of defiance. Monarchs ruled, surrounded by warriors, enforcing their law upon the common people. Outside, there was talk of abuse, of forced subjugation, whispers from those fae that had made it, that had escaped. Salem had chosen to remain silent. Five years had passed, not a soul knew of the clan he had fled. He had a family, three brothers who had taken him in, who had chosen to house him rather than barter money for the purity he still held. There was a normality to the world, to the life that Salem had forged. There was no reason for change, nothing to draw him back into that inky abyss he had clawed out of. Nothing but a tree flowering ivory petals housed in the estate of one of the most influential elves in their city...
