Earth was devastated by an artificial intelligence (A.I) powered war between fighting hegemonic powers. Only 10% of humans survived. They created an autonomous technocracy, free of ancient thinking like religion and traditional government and made a self contained environment above the ruins of civilization. But in the shadows, unbeknownst to humans, they were being manipulated by an all seeing and all knowing survivor of the war.
