In this world, soulmates are very rare, and for some people that's just another proof of how unfair is life
Not just with heroes and villains, quirk and quirless, but also with mated and loners.
People use to tell stories, but not many have the luck to be born with a soulmark.
Bakugou never cared much about this, despite people around him constantly preasing him for having a soulmate and his dad that honestly seemed more interested on that than anyone else.
He rather be alone, people always disappointed him, hurted him, misjudged him.
He didn't needed that. And definitely didn't needed a weakness like that.
So, he really didn't cared.
Or so he thought.

*The last thing on canon universe that is also included here is when Shinso got transferred to class 1-A

However, something else effects daily life as well; Everyone's vision is in black and white. It's not until you meet your soul mate does your ability to see color activate. Along with that, everyone has the ability to communicate with their soulmates by writing on themselves. Katsuki Bakugou doesn't really care enough to meet his soulmate.
