He wasn't always a Director of Germany's First Private Investigation Agency. He has an Agency Academy for recruits and those who wanted to be Secret Agents. Being both a Gunslinger and a Private Secret Agent. He was an Inspiration to the Academy.

But, he can also get bored... He decided to play Girl's Frontline out of boredom. He liked the game so far... Until...

Two psychotic T-Dolls went out, Visscher will have to take his role as both a Director of the Private Agency to the Protector of Germany...

The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you. They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home.
