It has been five years since Umi Sonoda and Maki Nishikino had started dating. Today marked the fifth anniversary of their first date, which they would celebrate accordingly. However, Umi seems to be acting a little off from usual. Unbeknownst to either, the celebrations would take the young couple down a path of reminiscence, forlorn longing and self-discovery. Can Maki get through to Umi and save her?
