The FTRS crew are finally not chasing villains (or the other way around, for that matter), and now that their lives are at last without drama - for the most part - what does that mean for Jilly?

Broken Pillars (FTRS Fanfic)
Two years after defeating Alva, with her family having more free time, Gilly's home-life is more percarius than after. Her parents apparently don't get along as well as they used when they actually have time to spend together. Despite her parents fighting and her siblings trying to figure out why when Gilly knows exactly why, she spends more time trying to help her friends with their problems than working on hers. Maybe she felt responsible for the war and had adopted a certain guilt even with Alva gone, or maybe she was just hoping that if she ignored her own problems long enough they'd go away. However, when her parents take a true turn for the worse and her mother moves back in with her parents because she can't deal with her father anymore. It gets even worse when she decides to take the kids with her, and her father decides to file for divorce. With her family crumbling down around her, Gilly feels lost. She doesn't tell her friends because, even though she tries to help with all their problems, she doesn't want to be a burden. But when her friends figure out anyway, they have no clue what to do, or how to tell her they know.Terminé

In this story Gilly and her friends are now 15/16 years old and it's been three years since they defeated Alva. They finally got over everything left from the war only for another one to start. Turns out good guys don't always stay good, in this story Gilly will face many challenges from realizing not all of her friends are still the people they used to be to having to fight said friends all the while making sure none of her friends think she's the one whose no longer on their side. Something about Mitch was new and fresh and her soul was just what Alex needed (little did she know). Secrets from the past are brought to the surface. A sad ending to a young lady's life. A realisation that family isn't always blood related. Alcohol isn't a medicine. Violence isn't a key. Hearts were never meant to be broken. Two things to take away: you never know what is going on in someone's head and the most important thing...you never know what happens behind closed doors. A/N just a random story about two people who meet accidentally. Plays with gender norms and very inclusive of LGBTQ (being a member myself). Could be triggering I'm not sure as some identity questions are thrown around. It does include smoking, drinking, some homophobia, profanities, violence and smut.
