A group of Minecraft players enter a world of the Old Dreamers, all of them holding secrets from their past. When a old but new foe threatens to awaken and destroy everything, will they be able to band together to stop the threat, or will they all perish with their secrets?

When Gem opened the portal to the End, it gave her power; A power that corrupted her and transformed her into a zombie. The first human is infected, and it causes the rest of the island to panic. Everyone else lives in constant fear of Martyn, a last life, since they believe last lives become murderous once they reach the final life. After Martyn gets threatened to take the blame for something he didn't do, he realises he needs to make some allies. It's harder than expected. Etho discovers that the island is in a zombie apocalypse, and the three roomies decide they have to warn the rest of the land. This is a story based on session 7 of the Minecraft SMP Secret Life. All players are the same as the SMP. There is a POV from every character in the SMP. This contains no swearing and no romantic plot. (also the cover is atrocious I apologise)

(A/N: This is a story with reader input in the form of the character (Y/N), who will be given the pronouns they/them so nobody feels left out, the dream SMP is real (not just a Minecraft server) and this story involves: Greek mythology, violence, romance, breaking of the fourth wall. The four walls of their cell looked all the same, and sometimes those walls would be the ceiling or the floor, and not even that could surprise (Y/N) anymore. This prison was quite lonely as well, and that wasn't even the worst part about it. The worst part was the cold reality of everything (Y/N) had done to get here. The bottom of the barrel - the worst scum one could become, that's what they were, and they knew it. But they would endure it until they died. They would sit here until their unavoidable demise, and they would do it for him. Just to see their best friend's face again. Maybe not in this life, but hopefully in another. It's been two years since the Entity invaded Hermitcraft. The Hermits have moved on. Sure, the scars are still there, (especially Zedaph's) but they've faded! Season ten is here, and so are two new Hermits! They don't know of the horrors the Entity brought to Hermitcraft, only a bit of what their friends have told them. Joel is one of those new Hermits. He's had a great time! Started building a cyberpunk and Japanese themed base, right near all of his close friends. But, when the Being comes back even smarter, and stronger, old wounds reopen, and panic builds. And Joel's biggest secret might just be what can save them all. But can he get the courage to reveal it to all of Hermitcraft? Guess what? This book's writing is done by me, but Roxy and I both planned it out! Roxy made/makes all visual aspects for it! It might tear your world apart as you know it. It might give you loss and grief. It might even show you a side that you never knew you had. But it does all this for a reason. What is that reason? Well... You'll have to find out. This is the origin of how Hermitcraft came to be. Just remember-- Every end of a story is a new beginning for another. - Some information before you start the story: - This story takes place before Hermitcraft officially started, so maybe 7-8 years ago or so. - Despite this, though, the world is set in 1.13/1.14. - If you die, it's permanent. There are no respawn mechanisms. - The backstories for each character are based around events that happened in Season 6, which might not be relevant in seasons to come. - The total word count for this story is 49,001. It was originally published on October 16, 2019. - I try to mention each Hermit at least once, but I might have missed some. DISCLAIMER: This book does hint at a bit of shipping. I write ships based on the Hermits' Minecraft personas and not their actual IRL selves. None of this content is meant to offend anyone, it's purely a writing hobby. STORY: Schlatt has taken over the world with his powers, Elemental Control, the strongest powers of all, but Dream also has this power and more. He is the first man to be born and gifted multiple powers. He has a fate to save the world from Schlatt, but he is weak from fear. He must learn with help from many of his friends to let go of the fear. Dream has already managed to amass a small rebellion, but unless Dream can control himself, they cannot do anything. George is also a member of this rebellion with a power of his own. (Refer to my story notes to find out) Will they be able to save the world from Schlatt and whoever he commands with fear? Or will they fail? So.. this is another one of those DreamNotFound stories, if anyone is uncomfortable with being in this, just contact me, I'll delete it ASAP. I mean it.
