To be honest I have no idea where I'm going with this. Part of it was actually inspired by a dream I had, hence the title. And then I thought, why not write it down?
So if you have taken some of your time to give this little (and I mean, very little) text a read, please now that I am very thankful :)
(Also, HIS POV was not a part of the dream. I just decided to make it up real quick)

Hi readers! This is a short story which was inspired by my own experiences. It's been two years since I left my love and up until now, I'm still struggling to get over him. I had to let go of his hand not because I wanted to but because I had to make a sacrifice for someone else's sake and happiness. He was my greatest 'what if' and I was his greatest regret. Although most of the scenes happened in real life, the rest are pure imagination especially the intense and happy part. We may have just been a "once upon a time" in real life but in this story, I made what should've been our 'happily ever after'.
