Planning to propose to his fair, mix raced lady, Effie, Edgar Chaplin takes her out of the comfort of London and into the beautiful scenery of the romantic capital, Paris.

First, Eddie takes his beautiful partner to a stunning diner in the centre of Paris and later plans to propose on the top of the Eiffel tower on the gorgeous summer's afternoon. However, after their midday meal Effie sees a poster advertising the 'Grande Cirque De Freak' and Eddie cannot say no to his prize.

Little did either of them know that the freak show would change their lives forever....
